He developed the Integrated Growth Blueprint™ after seeing the same pattern repeat across every sector: the market shifts, the strategy doesn’t follow, and growth stalls. John leads every engagement at the strategic level, ensuring the diagnosis is right before the work begins.

PR & Media Relations Lead

Andrea is an award-winning public relations strategist with nearly 15 years of experience across PR, public affairs, and corporate communications, and one of fewer than 500 Canadians to hold the APR designation. She is the founder of Amplify and a three-time CPRS Gold Award winner for national and international media relations campaigns. Before her communications career she worked as a journalist and broadcaster, which means she knows exactly what makes a story land with editors and reporters.

Melanie is a Senior Digital Marketing Director with over a decade of experience leading integrated digital strategies for enterprise and consumer brands including PepsiCo, Rogers, McMaster University, and Allergan Aesthetics Canada. Her track record includes 2,400%+ social audience growth in under five months and engagement rates lifted from under 5% to over 15%. She holds certifications in HubSpot Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, and Prompt Engineering, and serves on the Board of the Canadian Influencer & Content Creators Association.

Caroline is a Creative Director and Senior Design Specialist with over 12 years of experience across brand identity, digital campaigns, and visual storytelling. Her client work spans Diabetes Canada, Metrolinx, and a range of national brand and nonprofit organizations.

Robyn is a market research specialist with deep experience across financial services, CPG, retail, technology, and health sectors, supporting both quantitative analysis and qualitative moderation including virtual focus groups and in-depth interviews. She has contributed to major banking trackers, national grocery retail studies, and CPG brand research programs, bringing both analytical rigour and clear insight storytelling to every project.
